Welcome VIP guests with a welcome cocktail with champagne and cold drinks.
Honeymooners on a honeymoon, frequent guests and guests celebrating their birthday during their stay at the hotel receive a bottle of champagne and fruit in the room.
Guests celebrating their silver or gold wedding during their stay receive a bottle of champagne and fruit in the room.

All drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are intended strictly for personal consumption only.
Money for skipped meals and unused services is non-refundable.
The service package is not transferred to another client.
The use of equipment and electrical appliances is carried out under the responsibility of the client, and any losses are attributed to the client who caused them.
The hotel is not responsible for services that cannot be provided due to weather conditions or other force majeure circumstances.
Guests can enjoy unlimited meals and drinks at the restaurant or bar, but are not allowed to take the offered species from the premises where they are served.
All clients receive “All Inclusive” bracelets upon arrival (different colors for adults and for children under 18 - alcohol is prohibited by law for them).
The All Inclusive system is available in the restaurant, in the main bar and poolside snack bar until 23:00. After the specified hour, payment is made in accordance with the price list.
The All Inclusive package is valid from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave the hotel. Cold appetizers (buffet) until the moment of departure from the hotel (in a specific place)
Services that are not listed above are not included in the All Inclusive program.
