Villa of 170 m² consists of 3 levels.

Basement - SPA area. It consists of a built-in jacuzzi - mini-pool with six air chairs and a hot tub. Water is constantly maintained at 32-34 degrees Celsius. In the same place there is a jacuzzi for oxygen therapy and chromotherapy. There is also a fully equipped gym. Shower, toilet and laundry room with washer / dryer for guests.
First floor consists of a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed, which can comfortably accommodate two (2) adults. This room may be separated by closing doors.
Second floor consists of two bedrooms. One (main) has a queen-size double bed, a private bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the wonderful Mirabello Bay. Two Jacuzzis with hydromassage and air massage, offering unobstructed views of the Mirabello Bay.

Other bedroom also has a queen-size bed, a private bathroom and a terrace overlooking Mirabello Bay and Spinalonga. The rooms are completely and specifically soundproofed and designed so that visitors do not have visual contact between them, even if they are sitting on the verandas.All the furniture of the villa is made by hand by the Greek company Silvestridis. All dishes from high quality porcelain. Linen, towels and bathrobes are custom made by Guy Laroche.

Cleaning is provided 2 times a week.

On the day of arrival a deposit of EUR 1,200 is required, this amount is refunded on the day of departure for lack of claims by the owner.
Children of all ages are welcome. The villa is ideal for children over 10 years old. In the presence of free equipment for babies and young children: cot, children's dining chair, toys.
Attention! Safety equipment designed for children (pool fencing, etc.), And also, locking doors for the inside staircase of villa are missing.

Outside there is a swimming pool with seating areas around and a private environmentally friendly garden.
Pool area is about 50 m²., The average depth is about 1.55 m. For filling, drilling water (brackish) is used, which has all the beneficial properties of sea water (trace elements, metals, etc.). For its cleaning, a system of salt electrolysis is used, in which there are very few chemical preparations. The pool also has two hydromassage systems. Neck hydromassage system and waist warming system. The pool is surrounded by an area of ​​about 70 m². with six wooden loungers.
Garden
Unique botanical garden, which covers an area of ​​about 1.5 hectares (1500 sq.m.). It includes more than 400 different types of plants, trees and herbs that grow in Crete. Plants have a plate in Greek and Latin. Visitors can use the garden fruit for cooking.
