Recommendations & Spa Etiquette

• Private locker, bathrobes, towels and slippers.
• Taking into account other guests, you need to turn off cell phones in the Spa.
• If your service includes a water treatment, you must wear a swimsuit.
• For some procedures, you will be provided with disposable underwear by your therapist.
• Administration can not be held responsible for the loss of valuables.
• It is recommended to be on site at least 15 minutes before the first appointment.
• Before your treatment, you will need to fill out a questionnaire.
• Spa services are only available for guests over 14 years old.
• Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled time for the procedure or 24 hours before the ritual procedure. Without notice, you will be charged for the session.
