Terms of service included in the packages "All inclusive Basic" and "All inclusive Premium":

• service starts at 14:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 on the day of departure
• all drinks are provided for personal use only and are provided in portions upon ordering and cannot be ordered in advance.
• in case of missed meals, no compensation is provided. Services are provided exclusively to guests with a paid All Inclusive plan and do not apply to guests with other meal plans.
• the package of services "All Inclusive" applies to all guests staying in one room.
• alcoholic drinks are not available for guests under 18 years of age.
• the "All Inclusive" package is applied for the entire period of stay at the hotel; in case of departure from the hotel earlier booked, no monetary compensation for unused days is provided.
• the hotel is not responsible for events and services that cannot be carried out / provided due to weather conditions or circumstances beyond the control of the hotel.

• upon check-in at the hotel, guests with the "All Inclusive" system will be given bracelets. They must be worn at all times as proof of the All Inclusive system. The bracelets are handed over to the cashier at the reception upon payment of the final invoice.

• for the loss of the bracelet there is a fine of 25 USD.

• guests staying on the All Inclusive system will be provided with invoices for all services for a mandatory signature. These invoices are required solely for hotel reporting.

• the package of services "All Inclusive" ends at 12 noon on the day of departure.

• Paid services that are not included in the "All Inclusive" package must be paid in advance before the final check-out from the hotel.

• the hotel management reserves the right to refuse the guest to provide services included in the "All Inclusive" package.

• the hotel reserves the right to make changes / adjustments to the list of services provided at its discretion without prior notice!
