9 Beach Villa (~ 350 * sq.m) A separate villa, located directly on the beach in the eastern part of the island from the side of sunrise. The room consists of a bedroom with a double bed King-size (DBL), a bathroom. Equipped terrace, pool.
Possible accommodation (maximum) - 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child (0-12.99).

11 Family Beach Villa (~ 358 * sq.m) A separate villa, located directly on the beach, mainly in the northwestern part of the island. The room consists of a King-size double bed (DBL) which adjoins a small, separate children's room with a bunk bed. Bathroom, spacious equipped terrace, pool.
Possible accommodation (maximum) - 4 adults or 2 adults + 2 children (0-12,99).

8 Double Storey Beach Villa (~ 410 * sq.m) Two-story separate villa, located directly on the beach in the southeastern part of the island from the side of sunrise. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a king-size double bed (DBL), a bathroom with a rain shower, an equipped terrace, a swimming pool. On the second floor there is a bedroom with two twin beds (TWIN), a bathroom, a terrace with a seating area.
Possible accommodation (maximum) - 4 adults or 2 adults + 2 children (0-12,99).

1 Presidential Villa (~ 700 * sq.m) Two-story separate villa located directly on the beach in the northern part of the island.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a King-size double bed (DBL), a living room with a dining area for 10 people, a fitness room, a room for SPA procedures, a bathroom, a spacious terrace with a dining pavilion, a swimming pool. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one of which has a King-size double bed (DBL), the second with two twin beds (TWIN). Each bedroom has a bathroom, dressing room, equipped terrace. Personal butler.
Possible accommodation (maximum) - 6 adults or 6 adults + 3 children (0-12,99).

* Children under 12 years old are not recommended in water villas. Accommodation with children in these categories is possible only upon signing a special form of the Disclaimer Form document. Parents are fully responsible for the safety of children when living in water villas.
