Important notes
All drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are intended only strictly for personal consumption.
Money for missed meals and unused services are non-refundable.
Service package is not transferred to another customer.
Use of equipment and electrical appliances is carried out under the responsibility of the client, any losses are borne by the client who caused them.
Hotel is not responsible for services that cannot be provided due to weather conditions or other force majeure circumstances.
Unlimited amount of food and drinks in a restaurant or bar, the proposed views are not allowed to be taken out of the rooms where they are served.
All customers wear distinctive bracelets upon arrival (blue bracelet for adults, yellow bracelet for guests under 18 years old - for them the use of alcohol is prohibited by law.
The all-inclusive system is valid in the restaurant, in the main bar and lounge bar until 23:00. After 23.00 - payment is made in accordance with the price list.
The All inclusive service package starts from the moment of arrival at the hotel until the moment of departure from the hotel.
Services that are not listed above are not included in the All Inclusive program.
