LTI Akassia Beach Resort enjoys a scenic location on the shores of the Red Sea, 36 km from Marsa Alam International Airport and 165 km from Hurghada.

The length of the coastal strip is 500 meters. Sandy coral beach. Special footwear recommended. There are two wooden piers. The hotel has a section carved into the reef where you can swim in any weather. And along this pool there are many surgeon fish, butterfly fish, flute fish, lionfish, stingrays and other inhabitants of the seabed.

The hotel has 5 swimming pools: 1 with artificial wave, 2 heated in winter, 1 Olympic pool heated in winter. The pools are equipped with comfortable sun loungers and parasols to protect from the sun. In addition, LTI Akassia Beach has the largest water park with 22 water slides.

The rooms are spacious with thoughtful interiors, especially nice rooms with hemispherical ceilings, which create the feeling of an incredible volume of space. Each room has air conditioning, access to a balcony with scenic views.

It also offers services such as a sauna, steam bath, various massages and a beauty salon. For lovers of the underwater world there is a diving center where you can rent equipment and take a training course with a diving instructor.

The complex has the main restaurant Akassia Garden and 2 bars on the beach and in the lobby. In addition, there are two a la carte restaurants. The LTI Resort offers water and soda coolers 24 hours a day.
