Tec Tec - An open space restaurant by designer Bill Bensley combines elegance and natural elements. The restaurant’s cuisine is as expressive as the surroundings: five chefs will prepare any dish of Thai, Creole, Japanese, Mediterranean and Indian cuisine. Sashimi and Yakitori, Tikka and Curry, Ceviche and Tenderloin, Tom Yam and Pattaya - guests can choose from five menus.
The restaurant is open for resort guests only. Given that the resort has 30 villas, there is no schedule for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the restaurant may be at the complete disposal of one guest. Every Monday and Wednesday there is a jazz concert by Andy Constance Jazz Trio for hotel guests, and David Andre, composer of the Seychelles national anthem, performs on Fridays.

Sunset Pool Bar - The bar is located between the pool and the ocean and is open all day. Experienced bartenders, sommeliers and mixologists will help guests with a choice of a drink from the menu or create an exclusive drink to the guest's taste. Live music is played several times a week in the evenings.

Wine Boutique - The hotel’s wine boutique houses more than 300 vintage wines from legendary wineries and a collection of unique and rare wines from the sommelier. Together with the sommelier, guests of MAIA can pre-select wines and suitable dishes for dinner: on the beach, in the villa or in the Tec-Tec restaurant.

Famous oenologists from Bordeaux have developed a tasting program exclusively for MAIA.
During the MAIA Wine Experience tasting program, the sommelier will talk about the subtleties of tasting and offer wines that will pleasantly surprise the most sophisticated guests.

In the MAIA SPA-center, all conditions have been created so that guests regain physical strength and regain inner harmony. The MAIA Spa specialists have undergone professional training in various techniques of Balinese massage, have gained rich experience and masterfully combine Omorovicza cosmetics with local ingredients.

SPA pavilions with an area of 120 m2 are separated from each other by granite boulders, as well as gardens of tropical plants, banana trees and fern.

In each pavilion of the SPA-center, guests have at their disposal a dressing room, a shower room, two beds for massage or procedures for two, and a jacuzzi for aromatherapy.

The room consists of a bedroom with a king-size double bed (DBL), a bathroom, a glass shower with the effect of tropical rain. Equipped terrace, bed for daytime sleep. Outdoor Jacuzzi, infinity pool.
Possible accommodation (maximum) - 2 adults and 1 child (5-17.99 years old).

17 Maia Signature Villa (~ 250 * sq. M.) A detached villa is located at the foot of the hill, direct access to the beach (with the exception of two villas located high on the hill, which offer the most picturesque views). The room consists of a bedroom with a king-size double bed (DBL) bathroom, a glass shower with the effect of tropical rain. Equipped terrace, bed for daytime sleep. Outdoor Jacuzzi, infinity pool.
Guests are provided with MAIA special services: the ability to choose a villa with ocean views or a villa sheltered in dense greenery with its own access to the beach; late check-out and early check-in (depending on the availability of free villas); individual yoga classes; barbecue in the villa; manicure or pedicure (1 session per stay); welcome champagne upon arrival.
