Kassandra Peninsula, picturesque resort area of Elani, 5 km from the village of Siviri, 75 km from the airport "Macedonia" Thessaloniki, 92 km from Thessaloniki.
The villa consists of two levels.
On the first level there is a living room combined with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower, WC.
Also, on the first floor there is a bedroom with a separate entrance, which consists of a single room with a kitchen, there is a double bed.
On the second level there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which with double beds and private bathrooms with shower, a third bedroom with an area of about 40 sq.m. consists of 2 single beds and a sofa bed. Private bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and a large window overlooking the sea and the forest.
Each bedroom has a TV and air conditioning.
Accommodates up to 10 people.
Upon arrival, a deposit (guarantee) in the amount of 500 euros is required in cash. This amount is refunded on the day of departure if the property is not damaged.
