Small road through the forest leads to a calm beach with crystal clear water, a distance of about 300 meters on foot from the villa or a quick trip on a golf cart. Protected pine forest reserve ensures confidentiality and complete security. About 2 kilometers and 5 minutes drive is located Sani Resort (the main resort of Greece and one of the best resorts in Europe).
Villa area of 675 sq.m. consists of 3 levels.
First level consists of a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a wardrobe and a bathroom. From all rooms of this level there is an exit to the terrace and to the pool.
An internal staircase leads to the upper level with a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a veranda.
On the lower level, which has direct access to the garden, there are three more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a large open space for the game room, a staff room with its own kitchen and separate entrance, as well as an auxiliary storage room.
Villa is surrounded by a pine forest, creating a comfortable temperature even in the hottest summer months. Unobstructed views of the sea and Mount Olympus opens from almost every point of the villa. The lush private garden of 4.000 m² around the house is rich in local Mediterranean flora.
