Double Comfort Garden View: 20 sq.m, the maximum placement 2 person, a balcony or a small terrace overlooking a garden or a side part of a garden from a main entrance in hotel. 

Double Classic Side Sea View: 22-24 sq.m, the maximum placement 2 person, a balcony with a side view at the sea and a direct view of Mount Epomeo.

Double Front Sea View 1st Floor: 25-30 sq.m, the maximum placement 3 persons, a small terrace with a side or direct sea view, lawn level.

Double Front Sea Veiw V 2nd-3rd Floor: 22-24 sq.m, the maximum placement 2 persons, on 2-3 floors, a balcony with a side or direct sea view. 

Bi-level Suite San Montano Bay: 40-50 sq.m, the maximum placement 4 persons (+1 crib for the infanta) , a terrace overlooking the sea and the Bay San Montano. Differ in separate rooms on two floors connected by a ladder to a ceramic tile and a majolica from Viyetri, being divided, thus, into a zone of day – salon and a zone of a dream on the top floor. The adjustable conditioner separate for each floor, 2 minibars – in salon and in the bedroom. Numbers have two bathrooms with shower booths. Numbers with the terrace equipped with a table, chairs and also an umbrella with plank beds. The terrace size – about 22-24 sq.m. In a sleeping zone a double bed of Queen, in the living room - 2 single beds.
