Cancellation policy:
Notify the Hotel about the reduction in the number booked for the same date-in rooms in seven (7) days or less prior arrival date - penalty of 100% of the cost of the first night's stay at the booked but unused rooms. In the event that notice of more than 7 (seven) days before arrival date, penalties will be waived.
Per reserved room is not occupied by the Guest on the date of arrival or in cases of early departure of the Guest from the Hotel, paid the Hotel the first night's accommodation (in case of no show), and in case of early departure the Guest is the value of one of the unclaimed nights in the Hotel room of the corresponding category.
