Just 200 meters down the hill there is the first small shop, mini market and tavern, and a little further on is the charming coastal village of Nissaki with its small beach, beautiful harbor and three taverns on the shore. Another small beach is at the end of a small walkway nearby.
A five-minute drive takes you to the long pebble beach of Barbati, and the beautiful route to Kassiopi takes about half an hour.
Korfu Airport and the city are 24 km away, and the port is 20 km away. Car rental is optional, as the beach and all local amenities are within a 5-10 minute walk.
The villa consists of three levels.
First floor
The main entrance leads to the open-plan living room, where the dining room and kitchen are located. The dining area can accommodate up to 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities and appliances.
2 bedrooms with twin beds each. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower.
On the second floor there is a small living area with a seating area, a TV, a large balcony with amazing sea view.
3 bedrooms, two of which have two single beds and one third has a double bed. All bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower.
The lower (ground) floor has a separate entrance through an external staircase and can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of one apartment with two bedrooms (for 4 people) and one studio (for two people). This floor is available on request for groups of more than 10 people and is only in addition to the main villa and is not available for rent separately.
The apartment has one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a double bed, a separate shower room with toilet and a small kitchen.
The studio has a bedroom with two single beds, a shower room with a toilet and a kitchenette.
