On Krestovaya Hill in the Resort Park there is a sanatorium named after Gorky, belonging to the leadership of science and higher education.
It consists of several buildings - two dormitories, medical and diagnostic, administrative, BRC (pool and SPA). Dining system in building No. 2. The buildings are interconnected by warm transitions.
Meals in the sanatorium Gorky is carried out 3 times a day, in the form of "menu-order". Diet meals are organized in one shift. The sanatorium's coffee shop offers coffee and dessert.
In the evenings, guests of the sanatorium relax, enjoying concert programs. In the concert hall you can watch movies. Another option to relax in the evening and find good company is to visit the ballroom or billiard room. There is a rope park on the territory of the sanatorium. Relevant for summer time.

Rooms of several categories are presented for staying at the hotel. This is a category 1 single room with shower, wardrobe, TV, bedside table and mirror. Category 1 is equipped with the same simple beds, only the room has two twin beds. There are two bathrooms in the 1st category premium two-room suite - in one - bathtub, in the other - a shower. The bedroom has a double bed, TV, bedside tables, chest of drawers with a mirror. The living room has a sofa, dining table, TV. There are also 1st category comfort rooms - single and double.
