The southeast coast of the island, the resort town of Kutsunari, 8 km from Ierapetra, 100 km from the airport "Nikos Kazantzakis" in Heraklion. The hotel is located at the foot of the mountain (on a hill), consists of a central two-story building and the Village A complex - 4 three-story buildings & Village B - 2 two-story buildings.
Hotel guests can use the services of the five-star Sunshine Crete Beach complex, located  (200 m) down & across the road - next to the sea. A minibus runs between the complexes and there is an underground passage.

Total 107 rooms: Double Rooms GV / Panoramic SV (~ 26-30 sq.m), Family Rooms GV / Panoramic SV (~ 38 sq.m).
Rooms amenities: central air conditioning with individual temperature control (01 / 06-30 / 09), direct dial telephone, satellite TV (Russian channels), Wi-Fi internet (for a fee), mini fridge, safe at the reception (on bail), bathtub, hairdryer, furnished balcony / terrace.
Double Room GV / Panoramic SV (~ 26-30 sq.m)Double bed or 2 single beds.
Family Room GV / Panoramic SV (~ 38 sq.m) Consist of two rooms, most of which are with a door (some without a door). Double bed and sofa bed.
