In 5 minutes walk you will find yourself on the main beach of St. Stefanos, in the center with shops, restaurants, bars, and 300 m. to the west is the harbor of St. Stefanos with its small and pretty fishing boats.

Villa consists of a living room with sofas and a TV, a dining room with an antique long wooden table for 12 people, a separate and fully equipped kitchen, an office with a computer and a small gym. On the first floor there is a corridor leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
